Owen Glodt, President

Owen is a graduate from the University of Idaho with a BS in Finance and Economics and Minor in Accounting. After moving all over the west coast he settled Boise as an active member of the community. With over ten years of customer service experience, he makes 'raving fans' and lifetime customers through successful 1031 Exchanges.

Brent Abrahm, Vice President of Operations

Brent pioneered the development of the industry’s only online workflow solutions for 1031s in 2000.  As a prior past president of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), Brent currently sits on the Government Affairs Committee.  Brent is an active advocate for ensuring like-kind exchanges continue to be supported in legislative initiatives.

Steven Holtkamp, Vice President Finance

Steven has been able to combine the finance function with the needs of a fast-growing organization with experience taking a startup to a billion-dollar enterprise.  Steven spent 10 years working for Morgan Stanley in New York before deciding to sit on the other side of the table and help build companies.  Steven received an undergraduate degree in Finance from Marquette University an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Matt Douglas, J.D., Senior 1031 Exchange Advisor

An experienced real estate attorney whose practice focused on commercial law specializing in high-volume residential and commercial real estate transactions, now leverages his substantive legal expertise into helping taxpayers successfully navigate complex 1031 exchanges. Matt received his BA in Arts from Florida State University and his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Martin Edwards, JD, CES®, Senior 1031 Exchange Advisor

Martin brings over 33 years’ experience in the field of land trust and tax deferred exchange administration. Martin has written and spoken extensively on the subject of tax deferred exchanges.  Martin is a Certified Exchange Specialist® through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.

Max Hansen, JD, CES®, Senior 1031 Exchange Advisor

Max has spent the bulk of his legal career helping taxpayers realize the benefits of 1031 Exchanges, stimulating local economies with each transaction. He is passionate about protecting the benefits IRC Section 1031 provides to property owners and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.

David Gorenberg, JD, CES®, Senior 1031 Exchange Advisor

David is a real estate attorney who has spent more than 20 years in the 1031 exchange industry. He has worked in private practice and created the 1031 exchange departments of banks such as Wilmington Trust and Citibank.

Kenny Carter, 1031 Exchange Officer

Kenny is a graduate from Boise State University with a BS in Finance. Born and raised in Mesquite, NV, Kenny moved up to Boise, ID in 2015 and immediately started to contribute to the Boise community. He has over 5 years of customer service experience and is eager to help you with your next transaction.

Asher graduated with a BS from Forman Christian College. With over 10 years of experience in the 1031 industry, Asher is a valuable resource for your exchange needs. Asher holds the 1031 exchange industry’s Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodator.

As a graduate from California University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Business Administration/Management,  Michele has supported 1031 exchange operations for almost 15 years. Since 2018 transitioning into an advisor role,  Michele has assisted in some of the industry’s most complex and challenging forward exchanges.
