Owen is a graduate from the University of Idaho with a BS in Finance and Economics and Minor in Accounting. After moving all over the west coast he settled Boise as an active member of the community. With over ten years of customer service experience, he makes 'raving fans' and lifetime customers through successful 1031 Exchanges.

Brent Abrahm, Vice President of Operations

Brent pioneered the development of the industry’s only online workflow solutions for 1031s in 2000.  As a prior past president of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), Brent currently sits on the Government Affairs Committee.  Brent is an active advocate for ensuring like-kind exchanges continue to be supported in legislative initiatives.

Steven Holtkamp, Vice President Finance

Steven has been able to combine the finance function with the needs of a fast-growing organization with experience taking a startup to a billion-dollar enterprise.  Steven spent 10 years working for Morgan Stanley in New York before deciding to sit on the other side of the table and help build companies.  Steven received an undergraduate degree in Finance from Marquette University an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

An experienced real estate attorney whose practice focused on commercial law specializing in high-volume residential and commercial real estate transactions, now leverages his substantive legal expertise into helping taxpayers successfully navigate complex 1031 exchanges. Matt received his BA in Arts from Florida State University and his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
